Question by Hof Foh: How do you test the nutrition of dry foods?
I want to do a science project, if cereals boxes are right in saying they have all that goodness, can someone please help me in telling me how to test the nutrition of cereals and any other dry foods at home?

You would need to get something called a bomb calorimeter. Slip the food in that you want to test and you get the calorie reading.

Read the nutrition label on the side of the box.
